If you have bought something from our web-store and you there is
a problem with the size or style, we can arrange an exchange for you providing the garments are returned to us in the original, unworn, unwashed condition.
Send us an email and we'll forward you our returns form which must be sent back with your goods. Once we have them, we'll sort out sending you something new or can issue store credit for you to use at another time!
If we have made a mistake (sent the wrong size or item) we will gladly replace the item(s) and refund you the costs of sending the items back to us.
If there is a fault with the product, i.e poor stitching / print issues, we will gladly replace and in most cases do not need the item returning providing you have sent photos of the faulty product.
If you do need to return items to us, please send them back securely. We cannot be held responsible if your item does not reach Cross Check HQ safely. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked / Signed Service!
