If there is a problem with size or style and you wish to exchange an item, we can arrange this providing the garments are returned in the original, unworn, unwashed condition. If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, we will be able to offer an exchange and/or store credit.
If we have made a mistake (sent the wrong size or item) we will gladly replace them and refund you the costs of sending them back to us.
If there is a fault with the product, i.e poor stitching / print issues, we will gladly replace and on most cases do not need to item returning providing you have sent photos of the faulty product.
If you do need to return items to us, please send them securely. We cannot be held responsible if your item does not reach Cross Check HQ safely.
