We kindly remind people who email us regarding status of their order to remember we are a small team of two. (Three if you count our dog.) We honestly work as hard as we can at this to get orders out and keep everyone happy with the quality they deserve. Yes mistakes happen, and yes sometimes things are late and yes sometimes we get it wrong - but we are human beings and this is a small independent business and not Amazon or ASOS or BooHoo.
